Are emails disappearing after moving them to your Inbox or SaneBox folders?
Microsoft has identified an issue with Conversation View in Outlook that can cause emails to appear missing.
Solution: Turn off Conversation View
- Go to your Inbox.
- Click on Options (gear icon).
- Under Layout, uncheck the box for “Group by conversation and pre-load messages”.
- Click Save.
Optional Additional Steps:
- If the issue persists, ensure your message view is set to:
- Arrange by: “Date”
- View: “All”
