Missing Emails: Outlook Web Interface

Are emails disappearing after moving them to your Inbox or SaneBox folders?

Microsoft has identified an issue with Conversation View in Outlook that can cause emails to appear missing.

Solution: Turn off Conversation View
  • Go to your Inbox.
  • Click on Options (gear icon).
  • Under Layout, uncheck the box for “Group by conversation and pre-load messages”.
  • Click Save.
Optional Additional Steps:
  • If the issue persists, ensure your message view is set to:
    • Arrange by: “Date”
    • View: “All”
