(Outlook - Mac) Invite Your Friends: Adding to your Signature


Spread the SaneBox love! Here’s how to add your invite link to your Outlook signature on desktop:


1. Copy Your Invite Link:

  • In your SaneBox dashboard, go to the “Invite” section and copy the pre-written email signature text.

2. Access Outlook Preferences:

  • Open your Outlook application and navigate to “Preferences.” (Exact location may vary depending on your version).

3. Manage Your Signatures:

  • Under “Personal Settings,” select “Signatures.”

4. Create a New Signature:

  • Click the “+” icon to create a new signature.

5. Paste Your Invite Link:

  • Paste the copied invite link into the signature text box.

6. Set Your Default Signature:

  • Choose this signature as your default for all outgoing emails.


Optional: Switch Signatures When Needed

  • Outlook allows you to switch signatures for individual messages during composing.
