SaneBox cannot connect to my Comcast account

We’re Working on a Fix with Comcast Email Access


We’re aware that some SaneBox users with Comcast email accounts are experiencing connection issues. This is due to Comcast temporarily blocking our IP addresses.


Here’s the good news:

  • We’re actively working with Comcast to get SaneBox permanently whitelisted on their email servers.
  • Our system automatically retries connections, so you shouldn’t need to take any action.
  • Your email filtering will resume as soon as the connection is restored.
