Many services like Gmail or G Suite hosted email (or Yahoo or AOL or Office 365) use a secure login process (called OAuth 2.x) for your SaneBox or other cloud services. Here we will show you how simple it is to switch between 2 email accounts on the same host, for when you need to add your additional address (from the same OAuth 2.x based host) to a web app like SaneBox.

1. Login to sanebox.com with the address you already have on your SaneBox.

2. Choose the “Add Email“ link from your SaneBox DashBoard Menu and then open a new browser tab where you will logout of Google.

3. Return to the browser tab with SaneBox and continue on to complete the Add Email steps.

So when you already have an address on your SaneBox account (from one of those hosts) and you want to Add another email address (from the same host) to the same SaneBox account - you just need to logout of the 1st email account at a certain stage - before going back to complete the steps for adding another email account.

1.) Login at https://www.sanebox.com/login with your address already on SaneBox. Click or tap the “Add Email” link. Then stop and open another browser tab in the same browser window.

2.) From the additional browser tab in the same window, go to google.com and logout of your address already on SaneBox.

3.) Then go back to the browser tab with SaneBox, and complete the “Add Email” steps by clicking to login to Gmail with the additional address.

Note: The process will be very similar whether you are working with 2 Gmail or G Suite hosted addresses or with 2 Microsoft 365 hosted addresses or with AOL or Yahoo. These services handle your sanebox.com login for you with OAuth 2.x as well. And SaneBox systems never see or use or need your email password for email services that do OAuth 2.x logins to other services and sites for you.
