SaneBox works with Lotus Notes!
However, since SaneBox folders use IMAP, you won’t be able to see them if your account is set to POP. Here’s how to check your account type and locate your SaneBox folders:
- Access Account Settings:
- Go to the File menu and select Preferences.
- Find Account Information: In the Preferences window, click the Accounts tab.
- Locate the Incoming Mail section.
- Verify Account Type (Important): Ensure your Account Type is NOT set to POP. SaneBox folders are IMAP-based and won’t show up with POP.
