Having trouble receiving emails in SaneBox?
If you recently changed email providers, you might need to update your server settings. Luckily, it’s a quick and easy process!
Do you have multiple email addresses with SaneBox?
If you manage several email addresses through SaneBox, first choose the one you want to update.
Updating Your Server Settings:
- Head to the Settings section of your SaneBox Dashboard
- Follow the simple steps to update your email server settings.
- If your new email provider is listed, simply select it from the dropdown menu.
- If not, you can manually enter your new server address.

Using Exchange email?
Enter your OWA webmail URL (the address bar after logging in).
