Zoho Mail: How do I find my Server Settings?

Finding Your Zoho Mail IMAP Settings:

SaneBox can usually discover your Zoho Mail settings automatically. However, if it doesn’t, you’ll need to enter them manually.


Here’s how:

  • Log in to Zoho Mail.
  • Click Settings.
  • Navigate to Email forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  • Locate the IMAP settings on the right side.
    • Important: IMAP access must be enabled in Zoho Mail for SaneBox to work.


2-Factor Authentication:

If you have trouble entering your password during SaneBox setup, Zoho’s 2-factor authentication might be enabled. You’ll need to create an app-specific password for SaneBox.


SaneBox Compatibility:
