- Head to SaneBox: Log in to your account
- Manage Your Settings: Once logged in, navigate to your Settings page.
- Click Cancel: On the Settings page, you’ll see a section for canceling your account.
- Solve the Problem? (Optional): Before making a final decision, we’ll offer some suggestions that might address the issue you’re having. Feel free to explore these options - who knows, maybe SaneBox can still be a great fit for you!
- Keep or Delete Folders: Decide whether you want to keep your SaneBox folders (e.g., “SaneLater” or “SaneBlackHole”) or have them removed once your account is canceled. Removing the folders will have the emails returned to your inbox.
- Confirm Cancellation: Click the Cancel My Account button to finalize your request. We’ll send you a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
