No Need to Worry, Your Emails Stay Secure
SaneBox works seamlessly within your existing email apps, including Outlook for Android. Your emails never leave your email server and remain safely stored in your personal account.
Finding Your SaneBox Folders
- Open the Outlook mobile app and tap the menu button (three lines) in the top left corner. (Screenshot 1 removed - interfaces change)
- If you have multiple email accounts, select the specific account you want to view. (Screenshot 2 removed)
- You may need to tap “See All Folders” to expand the folder list.
- Scroll down and look for “@SaneLater” or other SaneBox folders.
Troubleshooting: Missing SaneLater Folder
If you don’t see SaneLater after setting up SaneBox:
- Close the Outlook app completely (swipe it up in the recent apps list).
- Restart your Android device.
- Open Outlook mobile again and navigate to your email account folders.
- You should now see “@SaneLater” or other SaneBox folders.
Training SaneBox in Outlook
You can train SaneBox directly within Outlook mobile. Simply move emails between your Inbox and SaneBox folders. You can also access your SaneBox folders and train SaneBox from there.
