How do I add another email address to my SaneBox Account or Merge 2 Accounts?

Adding a New Email Address:

  1. Log in to your SaneBox Dashboard: Access your dashboard at link to SaneBox dashboard.
  2. Click “Add Email”: Locate the “Add Email” link near the top of the menu.
  3. Enjoy Your Free Trial: You’ll automatically receive a 14-day free trial for the new email address.


Switching Between Email Accounts:

  • Merging accounts is available, but separating them is not.
  • To preserve your training data, contact support before removing an email address.
