Including the full email header (also called “long” or “raw” headers) can significantly speed up resolving your support issue. Here’s how to find and copy them:

How to Copy Headers:

Finding Headers by Email Client:
We’ve included instructions for popular email clients:
- Apple Mail: View > Message > Raw Source
- Outlook Web Access (OWA): Click three dots > View Message Source
- Outlook 2016 (Windows/Mac): File > Properties > Copy “Internet header” (Mac: right-click > View Source)
- AirMail (Mac): View Menu > Show Raw Source
- Gmail (web): Click three dots > Show Original
- FastMail (web): More button > Show Raw Message
- Yahoo Mail: Check the Yahoo Mail help page for instructions. (Link)
- Time Warner/Roadrunner/Spectrum: Open Mail > View Header > Message Detail > View Header (right-side) > Copy Header
