How to Auto-Complete SaneReminders addresses

Struggling to save time when setting reminders with SaneReminders? Most email programs don’t automatically suggest SaneReminder addresses, making the process slower than it needs to be.


We’ve got you covered! Follow these simple steps to add common SaneReminder addresses to your contacts and unlock auto-complete functionality.


Here’s How (Choose Your Email Program):


Outlook:
  • Download the SaneReminders address list (.csv file).
  • Follow the steps (1-5) to import the list into your Outlook contacts.
  • (Optional) Train Outlook to recognize these addresses by creating a mock email with them in the “To” field.


Google Contacts:
  • Download the SaneReminders address list (.csv file)
  • Access your Google Contacts (through Gmail or directly at link to Google Contacts.
  • Click “Import…” on the left side and select the downloaded file.


Apple Mail:
  • Download the SaneReminders address list (.vCard file) from link to SaneBox.vcf.
  • You’ll be prompted to add the card to your contacts. Click “Add” to confirm.


Mozilla Thunderbird:
  • Download the SaneReminders address list (.csv file) from link to SaneBox.csv.
  • Go to “Tools” > “Import” and select “Address Book, - Text File (.csv)”.
  • Browse and select the downloaded file to import.
